I know I say this all the time, but I loved this wedding. I’m in awe that after photographing weddings for so long, I still get teared up hearing the bride and groom exchange vows. I find myself hiding behind the camera and holding my breath when he sees her for the first time. I still get giddy when I catch those moments in which he looks at her in utter amazement like he can’t believe she said yes. Joey and Sarah’s wedding was truly special. It was full of moments in which you thank God that time stopped just for a second so you could capture those emotions. No one rushed through the day. They didn’t anxiously anticipate the next event, but simply savored each minute because they knew it was a day that would only happen once in a lifetime. Which, in my opinion, is how it should be.

Jess and Damon’s wedding was so beautiful. I just adore this couple and the love that surrounded them. Throughout the day I kept seeing Damon give Jess the sweetest looks. Like he was so lucky to have her has his wife. I can’t believe their love is so strong despite their age. I’m so excited for what’s to come for these two.

Anthony and Collyanne have such a rare love. It reminds me of my husband and I. Fast but knowing. Secure and free-spirited. It’s love that you know instantly, but you’re comforted in the knowledge of your love lasting a lifetime. It’s one that trusts in freedom and knowledge in knowing that no matter what you’ll face, no matter what you attempt to accomplish, you’re other half will be there cheering you on. It’s more than a love, its a friendship, its a partnership, its a companion for life. Anthony and Collyanne, your love is one that I’m in awe of. It’s wise beyond your years and I know you two will do incredible things because of it. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your day and your story.
