I’ve never been that type of person that knew exactly what they wanted to be when they grew up. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be a photographer. After graduating college and getting married to the man of my dreams, I pondered the idea of going back to school or working full-time. But deep down, I knew that working 9 to 5 just wasn’t for me. So when a friend asked me to second shoot an engagement shoot, I jumped at the chance to try something new and fell in love.
A year and a half after my first shoot, I love my job all the more. I love hearing couples stories of how they met and fell in love. I get giddy when I hear about the proposal and their future plans together. I never thought that I would be a girl that love’s love, but I do. I want to document your stories and what makes you, well, you. I don’t just capture a pretty picture, I want to capture the emotion, the laughter, the joy of the day. But most importantly, I want to capture your story, your modern romance.
